Leadership

We offer 1-1 Leadership Coaching and tailor-made Leadership Development Programmes and Facilitated Workshops to shift existing thinking patterns and broaden the perspectives we see of the challenges being faced. We use a range of experiential and practical methods and curate context-specific leadership materials enriching this learning experience.

LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitation
As well as the more usual facilitation methods, we use the LEGO® Serious Play®, a method for strategic planning and problem-solving, which was developed in the mid-1990s by professors Johan Roos and Bart Victor at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, in collaboration with the LEGO Group.
If you are you seeking innovative ways of collaborating, problem-solving and navigating complexity that break down barriers and ensure all voices are heard, this is definitely an approach to consider.
We leverage the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for:
– complex problem solving
– change management
– leadership, team and strategy development and
– idea generation labs.
This experiential method allows everyone to have a voice in this 3D modelling process and increases buy-in to the resulting shared outputs.
