Team Coaching: Is your team performing to its highest potential?

We explore the team’s clarity of purpose, its level of psychological safety (the key foundation of high performing teams) and team dynamics (through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, to provide a platform for high performance.

The approach is experiential and academically-grounded. Through the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® the team can create a 3D model of what high performance looks like for them and how to get there.

Leadership Labs

 

The purpose of these labs is to provide a space for participants to develop their leadership capacities through use of real life challenges and opportunities and reimagine what’s next for them, their team or their organisation, leveraging the wisdom of the group.

Conversations are stimulated through materials such as movies and readings (particularly related to Adaptive Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School), all with the purpose of provoking reflection on our approach to leadership. We curate the materials whilst the learning emerges from the conversations (1-1 and group). The programme typically includes a blend of 1-1 coaching sessions, tailored podcasts/webinars on specific topics and group workshops.

Through the use of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, we enable you to explore a clear shared identity for your business, the strategic landscape as well as guiding principles which will guide your decision-making. 

This experiential method allows everyone to have a voice in the 3D modelling process and increases buy-in to the resulting shared model.
