Psychological Safety & Team Coaching
Fearless Organisation Scan Certified | Creator of the Law Society’s Psychological Safety Toolkits | Psychological Safety Podcast | Case Study featured by the Fearless Organisation.
Research has shown that teams with higher levels of psychological safety have have higher levels of engagement, learning, innovation and quality of outputs. Additionally, I have seen first hand how they are better able to navigate complexity through open conversation and experimentation.
We take a data-led approach to cultivating psychological safety with our work featured by the Fearless Organisation – see case study.
We design programmes that are tailored to your context. Leveraging the Fearless Organisation Scan we will explore explore and partner with you to understand the unique challenges in your setting and design a programme of work to accordingly.
In recent work with a team of scientists and engineers, a 20.5% improvement in ‘Open Conversations’ was achieved over 6 months through carefully curated workshops based which was grounded in the team data. This was maintained 12 months later and the change was palpable.

Leadership Development & Coaching

LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® is a method for strategic planning and problem-solving, which was developed in the mid-1990s by professors Johan Roos and Bart Victor at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, in collaboration with the LEGO® Group. Such workshops are the epitome of a ‘brave space’, enabling each participant to voice their responses to carefully crafted questions through the models they build.
