Leadership Coaching

We create the space for you to reflect on the leadership required in your unique context and provide the means to support you to grow to meet the challenges you face.

We offer 1-1 Leadership Coaching and tailor-made Leadership Development Programmes and Facilitated Workshops to shift existing thinking patterns and broaden the perspectives we see of the challenges being faced. We use a range of experiential and practical methods and curate context-specific leadership materials enriching this learning experience.

 

Our approach to leadership is both systemic and personal. It is based on the foundations of adaptive leadership, leadership agility as well as emotional intelligence and psychological safety.

LEGO® Serious Play®

LEGO® Serious Play® is a method for strategic planning and problem-solving, which was developed in the mid-1990s by professors Johan Roos and Bart Victor at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, in collaboration with the LEGO® Group. Such workshops are the epitome of a ‘brave space’,  enabling each participant to voice their responses to carefully crafted questions through the models they build.

If you are you seeking innovative ways of collaborating, problem-solving and navigating complexity that break down barriers and ensure all voices are heard, this is definitely an approach to consider.

We leverage the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for:

– complex problem solving

– change management

– leadership, team and strategy development and
