Today’s challenges don’t come with playbooks. Whether you’re leading change, building team capacity, or facing your own leadership edge, success requires two essential elements: the psychological safety to speak openly and experiment, and the adaptive leadership skills to navigate uncertainty.
I work with individuals, teams, and organisations to build both – creating the conditions where honest dialogue happens and equipping people with the frameworks to turn challenge into progress.

			For Individuals
Individual Leadership Coaching
When you’re facing messy challenges, complexity, or seeking to deepen your leadership impact
Sometimes the path forward isn’t clear. You’re navigating organizational dynamics, leading through ambiguity, or wrestling with challenges that don’t have technical solutions. You need a thinking partner who understands both the human dynamics and the strategic complexity.
This is for you if:
- You’re facing adaptive challenges – those complex, messy situations without clear answers
 - You want to cultivate psychological safety within your team but aren’t sure where to start
 - You’re stepping into new leadership territory and need support to find your way
 - You’re dealing with conflict, resistance, or stuck patterns in your organization
 - You want to develop your capacity to lead through uncertainty

What we’ll work on:
- Making sense of complex situations and identifying experiments to test the waters and learn
 - Building your capability to create psychologically safe environments
 - Developing adaptive leadership practices – diagnosing situations, managing yourself, mobilizing others
 - Navigating organizational dynamics and resistance
 - Finding your authentic leadership voice in challenging contexts

How it works: One-to-one coaching engagements typically run for 6-12 months, with sessions every month. We work both on immediate challenges and building longer-term capability.
			For Teams
Team Development & Coaching
When your team wants to engage better with each other for greater collective impact
High-performing teams don’t just happen. They require intentional development of trust, honest dialogue, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations. Whether you’re a new team finding your rhythm, an established team hitting a plateau, or a group facing significant change, targeted team development can transform how you work together.
This is for you if:
- Your team avoids difficult conversations or conflict
 - There’s talent in the room but collaboration feels stuck
 - Silos, distrust, or politics are getting in the way of progress
 - You want to understand and improve your team’s dynamics with data

What we’ll work on:
- Psychological Safety Assessment: Using the Fearless Organisation Scan to understand your current state and open up dialogue about what needs to shift
 - Building trust and the ability to engage in productive conflict
 - Improving communication patterns and decision-making processes
 - Developing shared understanding of your adaptive challenges
 - Creating team agreements and practices that support ongoing learning

Approaches include:
- Psychological Safety Scan and debrief workshops
 - Team coaching over time (typically 6-12 months)
 - LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation for team development, exploring challenges, or generating new possibilities
 - 6 Team Conditions Framework and assessment
 - Customised team workshops addressing specific needs

In recent work with a team of scientists and engineers, a 20.5% improvement in ‘Open Conversations’ was achieved over 6 months through carefully curated workshops based which was grounded in the team data. This was maintained 12 months later and the change was palpable.
			For Organisations
Leadership Capacity Building
When your organisation needs greater capability to navigate complexity and lead change
We partner with organisations who recognise that culture drives performance. The challenges facing organisations today are increasingly adaptive – they’re complex, ambiguous, and can’t be solved by technical expertise alone. Building leadership capacity across your organisation means developing people’s ability to diagnose situations, engage diverse perspectives, experiment intelligently, and mobilise others toward progress – all within psychologically safe environments where learning can happen.
This is for you if:
- You’re facing strategic challenges that require new ways of thinking and operating
 - You need to build leadership capability beyond the senior team
 - You’re driving culture change and need people equipped to lead it
 - Your organization is growing or transforming and leadership capacity needs to scale
 - You want to create a culture where psychological safety enables innovation and honest dialogue

What we’ll work on:
- Adaptive Leadership Development: Building capability to diagnose adaptive vs. technical challenges, manage yourself in complexity, and mobilise collective intelligence
 - Psychological Safety as Foundation: Creating the conditions where people can speak up, experiment, and learn from failure – essential for adaptive work
 - Leadership programs that integrate both skill-building and real-time application to organizational challenges
 - Coaching leaders as they practice new approaches with their teams
 - Measuring progress through tools like the Fearless Organisation Scan and Leadership Agility 360®

How it works: Leadership capacity building programs are tailored to your context but typically include:
- Cohort-based learning (8-25 participants)
 - Multi-month programs with workshops, interspersed with experimentation and coaching
 - Action learning on real organisational challenges
 - Measurement of impact through validated assessments
 - Support for leaders in creating psychological safety within their teams

Example: My work with the Environmental Protection Agency combined adaptive leadership development with the Fearless Organisation Scan, enabling leaders to build both the conditions (psychological safety) and capabilities (adaptive leadership) for navigating their strategic challenges.
